Construction inspection / Status inspection

A construction inspection is an inspection that is carried out to ensure that a construction project meets agreed requirements and building standards. The inspector checks the quality of work carried out, that materials and installations are correctly carried out, and that everything follows the specifications in the contract. During the final inspection, any deficiencies or errors that need to be rectified before the project is approved and put into use are also assessed. The inspector acts as an impartial expert who protects both client and contractor.

All projects are unique, so our services are flexible according to wishes and needs. We are certified by RISE for contract inspections and operate in Västerbotten, for example Umeå, Skellefteå, Hemavan, Kittelfjäll.

We have a solid background and experience from successfully managing and developing over 2,500 apartments and premises, from raw land to occupancy, in several of Norrland's larger municipalities.

A status inspection can refer to function, performance, maintenance level and other conditions at a particular time. Before real estate purchases/sales, extensive investigations are often required to assess technical status. We have experience as a manager with large renovations, conversions from tenancy to brf, and sales of, for example, Akelius and Rikshem's large holdings in Norrland.
