Construction Manager / Project Manager

Technical consultancy within project management, construction management and consultancy is crucial to ensure successful and sustainable construction projects.

 We have a solid background and experience from successfully managing and developing over 2,500 apartments and premises, from raw land to occupancy, in several of Norrland's larger municipalities. 

Construction manager

 We are responsible for leading and supervising small and large construction projects, which can include both new construction and renovations. We plan and organize the construction project from start to finish, including setting time frames, budgets and ensuring that the work follows these. 

Project manager 

As project managers, we develop project plans, manage resources, and ensure that deadlines and budgets are met. We are also responsible for identifying and managing risks and solving any problems that arise during the course of the project. As a project manager, we coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors and authorities. 

We are trained construction engineers and have 15 years of experience in these roles within both production and management companies and operate all over Västerbotten, for example Umeå, Skellefteå, Hemavan and Kittelfjäll.
