Welcome to four new plots in beautiful Klippen, Hemavan, with a fantastic view of Artfjället from each plot. With the proximity to Hemavan and the new venture Syterskalet, snowmobile trails, access to the mountains and nice neighbors, there are good conditions for a magnificent residence.
The plots will be approx. 1230 square meters and allow for a main building of 150 square meters with an additional building of 50 square meters. The road will be built in accordance with the situation plan and municipal water to the plots will be prepared in connection with this. Electricity and fiber are available at the plots. The buyer is responsible for the connection and the cost of this. As the owner of the property, you yourself are responsible for installing a sewage solution. Land surveying is in progress and will be completed shortly.
