House inspection / Tranfer inspection 

A transfer inspection (often called a house inspection) refers to villas and holiday homes. It is a building technical survey that is carried out when selling or buying. As a buyer, you can hire an inspector to assist you with your statutory duty to examine the condition of the house, the so-called "duty to inspect". 

 We work with brokers and property owners/buyers all over Västerbotten eg Umeå, Skellefteå, Kittelfjäll, Hemavan and are certified for transfer inspection by the certification body RISE. We leave a fixed price. 

•  We review relevant documents such as drawings, building permits or technical descriptions. 
• Our transfer inspection provides a detailed picture of the property's condition and we carefully examine everything from the roof and facade to wet rooms and floor drains. 
• We assess where there are risks and clearly explain what these risks mean and what you can do about it. 
•  The results of the inspection are clearly presented in a protocol that you can go through with peace of mind. This is then followed up by a conversation where you can ask questions.
