Inspection Manager PBL

For larger and more complicated measures that require a building permit, demolition permit, land permit or notification, there must be an inspection manager. 

It is always the developer's responsibility to ensure that the requirements of the Planning and Building Act are followed and that checks are carried out to a sufficient extent. It is the client's responsibility to submit a proposal for a control plan before construction begins. 

The control plan must be determined in the start notice. To help monitor the building legislation and the content of the inspection plan, the developer must normally appoint an inspection officer. An inspection manager must have knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations and help the client draw up an inspection plan. 

We are certified for control responsibility with authorization K by the certification body RISE and operate all over Västerbotten, e.g. Umeå, Skellefteå, Kittelfjäll, Hemavan. We leave a fixed price.
